for some reason i was thinking that i had to remove the ; from that line to make SSL work but then i realized that was not and really it doesn't care to me :) it's working perfectly...

I reinstalled ioftpd clean and is ok. Then i go for a site makecert and it creates the cert.
When i restart the service this is the log:

i mean during transfer FlashFXP says
