My IEFlash works.
Just an extra explorer window appearing makes me feel bad.

When clicked a FTP:// link in IE, a ERROR page of IE pops up first, and the FlashFXP starts after that.
Can the ERROR page not pop?
Or can it close automatically?
The ERROR page is ugly:(
