as the topic says is it anyway to turn off the transfer logging and still have a working sitebot? dont want to have any loggs of what have been uploaded and downloaded on the site.

using ioFTPD 5.8.5r
and ioBanana 20

No.
All sitebots for io use the ioFTPD.log file to announces.
No logs = no announces.

Unless you were talking about xferlog; in which case ioB would work fine even with that file empty.
