Component with interfaces for programatic use
 

It would be great if FlashFXP's functions would be available for programmers as a .dll with COM interfaces to be used by VB etc. Also as a MS BizTalk AIC it would be great to be able to use all the features. BizTalk is exchanging alot of documents and sensitive data between companies so if FlashFXP could encrypt/decrypt /SSL/TLS as a component there could be alot of corporate customers which could make FlashFXP even better.

Is it possible to add a PGP encrypt/decrypt to a certain site as well? There's some good things about this here:

um, isn't ssl ftp virtualy same thing as ftp w/ pgp encryption?

FlashFXP was not designed in a portable way, there's no way to put the functionality of FlashFXP into a component. An entire component would need to be wrote based on FlashFXP.

Ok. I see. It would be cool though to have it in a component like XCeed.

I don't know if pgp is the same as ftp-ssl. Isn't pgp based on that you receive a key file from someone?
