[C/C++] Get race winner

Question : How get in C or C++ code name of user who win race upload ?

I want to get this information at the moment where the releaze is finish.

Well, I fixed my trouble.

I use the file .ioftpd.message of the race create by iobanana.

I love this powerfull script ;) Iobanana fan :D
