sysop.log on speedlimit are inverted
 

sysop.log messages are inverted for change speedlimit:

[15:36:41] [L] site change Mouton speedlimit 50
[15:36:41] [L] 200- Mouton (Account modified)
[15:36:41] [L] 200 Command successful.

10-26-2003 15:36:40 'Mouton' changed max upload speed for user 'Mouton' from '20kb/s' to '50kb/s'.
