Disable FXP for special directories

Hi !

I would be glad, if you could implement a routine to disable FXP only for certain directories or for a whole subtree.

I will implement this, when I'm adding 'per path' priviledges (similar to glftpd's). Atm I'm working on new ini reader (which doesnt remove comments from config :-))
