Do you have slower download speeds in PASV mode?

Who here has slower download speeds in PASV mode?

Please let me know even if you already mentioned it to me, or in another thread.

As you know ive had it before, but ive changed isp now so the problem doesnt exist anymore. (new isp = new modem and router)

Friends of mine who still are on the old isp still have the same problem, but not only with flashfxp, the slower speed also occurs with other programs also.

My connection (read: isp) is too crappy to even try to explore this. Let me get back to you.. :)
