Import should support unicode
 

When I'm importing a list of sites, if the list is in Unicode format, it cannot be imported. FlashFXP should support Unicode:
1. It's better for internationalization
2. It's easier for users

Which site import types require unicode support? I will do my best to add support in the next update.

It looks like we just need to add unicode support to the two text file import types. I'll add support for that.
