Addition to speed limit button
 

As previously suggested, fast access button to speed limits to turn it on and off

but also to add for e.g into que list which files to DL at what speed

and add some multi-thhreading while you at it ;)

An almost identical thread exists all of four lines down. Why must you insist on creating a new one?
