Text Editor

Would be nice if the built in text editor was an selectable option. If a user wanted to use another editor like crimson/vim/emacs it would be nice if that were selectable... or did I miss the point of the editor? I currently just fire up emacs when I want a text editor.

go to file assocications option and define custom editor and/or viewer for desired file extentions
