Minimise to tray & dual monitor

using .923 and .924 trials on XP

when i minimise to tray and then restore.. i get this box appearing in the middle of monitor 2 and i can't move it it just stays there on top...

when i delete flashfxp.ini it goes back to normal, but it soon comes back when i start playing with settings...

any ideas ??
