Why I can't see any site information on NT4?

I use FlashFXP 1.41 on NT 4.0 sp6 + IE 5.0. But when I open the sites manager and click any site name, I can't see any information on right panle. All edits in the panle are empty.

I try this operation on windows 2000, everything is fine.
