Disappearing items in the local tree pane

I have over ten thousand of small files and directories in my local tree pane. After downloading more files/directories listed in the transfer queue to the same location, the local tree pane will fail to update its display correctly. Some existing directories will even disappear from the local tree pane (while individual file names are fine).

A few questions..

What build of FlashFXP are you using ?

What OS ?

I am using FlashFXP 2.0 build 906 under Windows XP. I think it is the latest since Check for new version... does not say that there is any update.

FlashFXP has not been tested to handle so many items. The window controls may have problems dealing with that many items.

Apart from that I'm really not sure what else it could be.
