File transfer times out after 18 minutes and 25 seconds
 

Hi

I'm using 4.3.1 and since Friday have been trying to upload some files to a web server.

It seems that all the files that fail do so at around 18'25", regardless of size although it seems to be at around 80-85Mb uploaded when the problem occurs.

My hosting company has a 200Mb limit so that shouldn't be the cause and I can't see any restrictions on my router.

Is there anything in FlashFXP I can check to make sure there is no limit? I tried the FAQ about video files failing at 99% but it's made no difference.

The weird thing is it's nearly always 18'25" no matter what the file.

Please include a copy of the session log, this can be obtained by right-clicking on the session window (typically the bottom-right pane) and selecting copy to clipboard and then paste the content in your reply.

The actual file was massive as I left it running but this is the error I'm getting:

Check your FlashFXP settings for the TCP/IP keep alives,

* if they're off then turn it on.
* if its on and the interval is 20 minutes or less increase the value or turn it off.
* if the value is greater than 30min try to reduce it to 15min.

After making this change try to upload the file again and see if the timeouts continue.
