Schedule a site to site file transfer

I have two ftp sites, and would like to schedule an automatic transfer of files between both sites.

Example Below

ftp.site.us -----> ftp.site2.us

Their is a file on ftp.site.us I need uploaded daily to ftp.site2.us automaticly. Do anybody have instructions on how to do this?
