Configuration files directory in 3.6 RC1

It seems, the standard directory for config files moved from the flashfxp folder to %APPDATA% with the new version. How can I change this back to the old behaviour?

Yes thats correct. You can re-run the installer and choose custom install during install to change the paths, If you're using windows vista you'll need to make sure the new data folder has the proper file permissions.
