problem connecting

hi,

i am not able to connect

what are the settings to be done if i have to connect through LAN via proxy

i tried but it did not work

it shows connecting via proxy
connected
connection failed

please guys help

and yes i can ping the ip

it says sent 4 packets received 4 packets
