error not in site manager

ok i just downloaded a program called map resigner and it takes me straight to the flashfxp but it says

FlashFXP v3.3.5 build 1110 [BETA RELEASE]

sounds like that program is incorrectly starting flashfxp, so you need to contact support for that program rather than flashfxp
