SITE EXEC Command doesn't work

First off i am using 5.8.6r under XP SP2.

Whenever i log into ioFTPD and try to use the SITE EXEC command i get command not understood error.

This is from Status window in FlashFXP

[R] SITE EXEC cert.bat
[R] 500 SITE EXEC: Command not understood.

any clues?

5.8.6r is the first version i have used so i have never tried doing this in previous versions, but im sure that something more than [R] 500 SITE EXEC: Command not understood is supposed to happen.

do u have exec.bat?
ioftpd.ini
exec = ..\scripts\exec.bat
rehash/restart ioftpd

aww.....

Yes i see the setting.

uncommented the Exec command and now i think things work

/me feels dumb

If i have more problems i'll update the thread.
