Someone else maybe have more knowledge. But this works everytime.

* Whats Fat-X ? = Xbox own filesystem (it does not allow that long filename, almost like old 8.3 DOS thingy, so keep that in mind when transfer stuff to your colsole). Want more info on Fat-X -> http://www.xbox-linux.org/wiki/Diffe...and_MS-DOS_FAT

Here´s 2 software rekomended. Though i am aware that this is now the place to put it.

Mp3 FatX Renamer : http://mp3fatx.de.vu/ (autoshorten filenames, oh dont do update, the update file is corrupt)
Qwix : http://www.teamavalaunch.com/qwix/index.html

FlashFXP is the best FTP/FXP client and it does what it suppose to. :D
