Default Request help

ok guys i use ioA and dzsbot.

i have 2 things that i want to do and i cannot figure out.

1) when i type !requests in irc channl i have request header set to
Current Requests on site name:
and footer set to
If you fill a request, please do !reqfilled <number>

but if there are no requests on the site it just looks like this
Current Requests on site name:
If you fill a request, please do !reqfilled <number>

my first question is how can i do it so when there are no requests on teh site it will say something like
[000] There are currently, No Requests.

2) when i type !reqadd release.name or when i type site request releae name and it adds a tagged dir on the site i want the tagged dir looking like this REQUEST-for."username of person who added the request"-release.name. and when its !reqfilled 001 or site reqfilled 001 i want the tagged dir to look like this
FILLED-for."username of person who added the request"-release.name

If you can help me out with this it will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

1) edit your sitebot so it makes this then ioA is sitecommands made to be used from within server. That some nice sitebotscripters made this possible to be used via irc is a bonus for lazy people

2) Since ioA verifies that its a valid user that requests this is not possible. irc nickname is 90% not the same as username on server. I could do so it guesses but how fun is that so no no no no
