Unhappy Problem with nuke + delfiles(ioA+Banana)

Hi there!
I have a weird problem with the Nuke command of io:
When i nuke a release the user ioFTPD is always nuked along with the real person who sent the stuff. Its always nuked with 0.00mb and the dir cant be renamed to [Nuked]-Dir because io tells me it couldnt kick all users from the dir (prolly because it cant kick +M users).

Also if people decide to abort a transfer they often cant delete the .missing files because they are owned by the ioFTPD user.

I dont want to set the delete permissions so that everyone can del everything... what can i do?

.missing files don't need to be deleted....
if u delete the .sfv, all .missing will be deleted automatically. (.bad too maybe... i don't remember).
.missing are handled by the script only. user should never need to play with them.

you didnt provide version infos so I'll just anwer in general.

if nuking ioFTPD then bad config. Hint nuke_filter = .* line
if it cant kick and NOT using 1.1.0 version upgrade.
If 1.1.0 version and cant kick provide me with a complete debuglog and a way to reproduce it
