Default is psio compatible with latest ioftpd?

Is php_psio[1].0.1.4 compatible with ioFTPD-beta5-8-4r?
Cause it still says

[scripts]
RESCAN = EXEC php.exe -q D:\ioFTPD\php_psio\zipscript-c.php rescan

instead of
[FTP_Custom_Commands]

what's the diffrence between php and the psio_2.0.23 version?
i know that the psio_2.0.23c is older but why the use of php?

using 0.1.2 here with 5.8.4r without any problems.
and yes, manual (readme) is kinda outdated, section names should be updated
