braking an transver and resuming doesnt work with the skript

#1 braking the connection doesnt modify the file to .bad

#2 braking the connection + resuming makes the file bad, no matter if the sfv is correct or not

this is partly ioftpd error, passing wrong crc to zs on resumed files.

+ fixed some unknown file stuff.
+ added crc storing for unkown files - so if .sfv file gets upped after files are uploaded then crc checking will be faster (I will make this optional in next rls)

+ Fixed delete func so you wont have to use wipe all the time.
