Default nxHelper.dll

What functionality does nxHelper.dll provide and what depends on it?

nxHelper provides several utility functions to nxTools.
- Base64 encoding and decoding (::nx::base64)
- MP3 header reading (::nx::mp3)
- Changing the creation/modify/access times of files (::nx::touch)
- Reading volume information (::nx::volume)
- Zlib compression (::nx::zlib)

The nxhelper.dll is compiled statically and resolves the Tcl functions using Tcl's stub loader.

Sounds like useful stuff

Any chance of sticking the source in the release? or a separate download?

I'm toying with the idea of also offering a pre-built ioFTPD with like say ioNinja and nxTools and perhaps a sitebot that would come mostly configured that would be easier for someone new to ioFTPD to start using. I want the whole thing open sourced though. Ninja and nxTools are already open and being actively developed so they are my best choices, but since it looks like nxhelper is needed I guess that should be available as well.

I'll include the source in the next release.
