Default pretime - type?!?

Im useing ioBanana v20 to add new dirs in my mysql db.
Everything works realy good exept "type".
Its always empty. What is type? is it the same as selection?
It would be nice if i could get it to work.
The table looks like the one in iobanana.ini exept the default part...

type varchar(9) NOT NULL default 'Unknown',

What could be wrong?

In ioBanana's pretime, "type" is the section name (APPS and so on). The "type" is only filled in the pretime DB when the directory is pre'd, not when a user creates the directory.

fill_pretime_on_mkd <- Leaves "type" blank.
fill_pretime_on_pre <- Fills "type".

On pre (SITE PRE), the user who issues the command indicates the type. On MKD, you don't.
You can still guess the type using the section's name but remember that this function was designed to store pretimes (when the SITE PRE command was used) and not when the dir was created (MKD). The ability to store MKD times was added for small databases.

Can you give me a hint how to do that? Can i via the script(ioBanana v20) guess the selectiontype?
Do i need to hex-edit the exe file?

And one more question,
Can I make ioBanana to NOT register releases uploaded in the Request selection?

You can't. I said that to explain why the type isn't filled on MKD when it is on SITE PRE and what could have been done.

Even that way you can't.

Not sure. zipscript excluded dirs won't be added, maybe dupecheck excluded ones too. Give it a try, I don't have the source code of v20 to check at the moment.

Iv added this:
excluded_dirs_zs=/REQUESTS

And this:
excluded_dirs_sitedupe=/!ioftpd /pre cd1 cd2 cd3 cd4 cd5 disc1 disc2 disc3 dvd1 dvd2 dvd3 sample samples vobsub vobsubs subtitle subtitles subs subpack codec cover covers

But it still adds releases with names like DVD1 and all the dirs in Requests into the database.

Neither of those exclude options have anything do with pre time checks.

Hint: excluded_dirs_zs excluded_dirs_sitedupe
