annoying flaw

im not actually sure where this tread goes..

So here goes.

Any one here who has experienced some problems with eggdrop and mcafee ?

i just bought new comp, and moved ioftpd+eggy from old to new comp.
ioFTPD seems to work fine, but when i start eggdrop.exe, everything looks oki.
its also running in the program list.
But no connection to irc..
Anyone got some ideas?

i Tried to add eggdrop.exe in the mcafee firewall, and in the av thingy.
Also tried to shut down the mcafee..

So no lame responces about "try to delete firewall" and such.

Just redid conf, and now it works..
