How slow is "very slow response", like a few seconds?

Some commands take longer to process. For example, the !BNC command checks a list of BNCs which takes time.

Some commands have a low priority.
B0unty uses putserv, putquick and puthelp which means some replies will come faster than some others.

Even using puthelp (slowest) and the !command that needs the most processing time, 1-3 minutes is ridiculous. 15 secs is a maximum to wait for an answer.

Maybe try to execute the commands that dzs executes when u ask for one of the slow !command. See if it's slow outside dzs too (command-prompt).
