updated in 1.1.18:
- draggable column headers in browser & activity lists: allows u to reposition colums (but changes won't be saved on exit)
- shows up/down/total speed in ioBMonitor activity list.
- ioGui remembers ioBMonitor's colums widths (drag them to 0 to hide them)
- view/edit a user's home path.
- set custom vfs file / homepath in ADDUSER / ADDGROUP dialog windows now works.

(update ioGuiExt as well, new exe and templates)

updates in 1.1.19 :
- view/set bandwidth limits per user
- (ftp) tab now only shows command replies after they are completely received (old ioGui would show partial incoming data on receive)

note: i forgot bw limits in the ADDUSER dialog window

updates in 1.1.20:
- fixed bug in Stats tab (mentioned by cunhell ^ )
- no more sitewho.exe where i need to make 3 calls: for up, down and idlers
ioGuiWho.exe: based on mouton's OnlineData example, gives almost the same output as ioBanana's SITE CID LISTBOT
- column widths in ioGuiWho's tab are saved, just like in ioBMonitor's tab
- windowsize doesn't get saved anymore when ioGui closes whilst minimized/maximized/hidden
- added bandwidth settings to ADDUSER dialog window.
- fixed bug when performing a batch of commands
