REQ-site reqnuke/reunnuke

hello,

i was wondering if it is possible to have a script in which my site's users can request a nuke or unnuke and a reason.
Upon entering 'site reqnuke/requnnuke', it would echo to a specific irc channel.

on site:

site reqnuke Release Reason.for.nuke

on irc:

in #siteopchan:
<@sitebot> !reqnuke Release Reason.for.nuke siteusername

and same for unnuke.

if there could be a prompt to show the past xx number of nukerequests (using sql db) that would be cool too.


if someone could cook this up, i would greatly appreciate it
