Default Strange error msg in iojTQ

Anyone know why i get this message in partyline from time to time in iojTQ

Code:
Tcl error [iojTQ:BLOWFiSH]: list element in quotes followed by "." instead of space
Im using VERSiON 5.9b

No idea. i just see it from time to time in the partyline, i have gone through all the commands, but i don´t get anny error message like that.

jezamy eggdrop crached the other day.
I got his error message in the partyline.
any idea whats causing it?

it has worked flawless before. and all of a sudden, this started to come up in the partyline.
After i add a new user, then type !save and then !passed or !trials, then i get that message.

check your regional and language settings on machine
i think time should be HH:MM:SS
and date dd.mm.yyyy (or dd-mm-yyyy)

change it and try !save command and u will find out what setting u need

hmm they are the same on every machine, and the default was yyyy-MM-dd, and i have tried dd.MM.yyyy and they both give the same result.
But i managed to add a user test, that did worke as it should, then i tried to make another account, and then i got the same message again.
eccept for the minus 6 thingy, whatever that is.
I just can´t figure it out, why it is behaving like this now

if i remove the account, !trial works again and say no users on trial
