Default Test RAR command
Allows users to tests rar archives from site commands...
Might be useful for some nukers or group admin...

Syntax:

SITE TESTRAR <filename.rar>
ioFTPD.ini:

TESTRAR = ..\scripts\testRAR.bat

[FTP_SITE_Permissions]

testRAR.bat:
