download the same file that someone else uploading at the same time

as the topic says isnt there any way to solve this problem..
that u can dl the same file that someone else is uploading at the same tim without getting that annoying error used by another process bla bla bla

maybe it could be done with cacheing the file or something

NTFS doesn't support this according to darkone so im afraid it cannot be implemented.. this has been discussed before.. try doing search
