Hey i dont really get the Documentation on how to add a user like i want to.... so can someone please help me with a command...

I want to add a user that only will be able to download and not upload or delete. what do i have to do?

ie you don't give permissions to a user... u define permissions globaly, which can include rules for users and groups and flags.
