how-to reproduce bug: up a file, look at your credit and finally delete the file and look at your credit. The credit disappeared

Description:
when a ppl upload a file of 50mb he get 150mb of credits
but when i delete the 50mb file his credit are deleted too
only the credit make by the 50mb file

Maybe it sounds ok, but users would be able to upload 1 gb, del it and reup and get double credz :P
Maybe it could be made that only admin can delete without deleting credz.
Or just use site wipe like we all do for dirs.. (which doesnt function if a user only upped files without a new dir....)
