ioFTPD and a TL-WR1043ND router issue

Hi all,

I'm a new owner of such a router. My problem is that the router opens the ports on demand when an app is open and uses those ports, it doesn't keep'em open all the time and I can't connect to the ftp server. I have the latest firmware for the router and the latest stable ioFTPD release.

Any advice ? Without having to install DD-WRT or OpenWRT or other similar firmwares.

i've got the same router and port forwarding works just fine with the original firmware, so i dont know what your problem is.
