Default Ratio users can't download

With both 5.2.11 and 5.2.12 getting this message when trying to download:
425 Can't build data connection: Insufficient credits left to perform requested action.
And certainly did have enough credits to download. Users with 50GB+ were getting thgis message. Then to check i set up a dummy account and verified that yes, indeed all user on ratio are getting this error :/
Also had reports of random weird happening, credits going from 100gb to 50gb on upload then on next file uploaded going back to normal :/
Now back with version 5.2.6 and back to working fine, its not the set-up cos all I changed was the .exe.
Is posted on 5.1.11 thread but also posting here in bugs, prolly the proper place

Can confirm that as a potential bug on 5.2.12:

site user
Login : racer
Credits : 0.00 GB

[00:12:49] Transferred: server2003_usa_3790_wsrm.iso 36.66 MB in 27.68 (1,356.07 KBps)

Credits : 0.11 GB

[00:14:09] [L] RETR server2003_usa_3790_wsrm.iso
[00:14:09] [L] 425 Can't build data connection: Insufficient credits left to perform requested action.
[00:14:10] Transfer Failed!

Userfile looks fine:
credits 112608 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

I also tried downloading a 68 bytes file. Same error.

Just to clarify possible causes pointed out in channel, someone said caused by seperate sections, I only use 1 section, default, 0.
Just making sure you get all the neccessary info
