Default Bad Policy
As a company running a website that takes payments from its customers you need to address issues that appear to be commonplace. Namely, you do not supply the license key immediately. All the sales appear to be queued because of your so called FRAUD system.

Bull. You are accepting payments, getting those payments and not supplying the individuals with their license keys immediately. That sir is fraud.

Microsoft certified huh?
