force transfer

This happens many times a day for me..
lets say you have something in skiplist but would like to send it anyway. You could go to your skiplist settings and remove the entry from there... or you could "force" it to be transfered so it overrides the skiplist entrys.

What you think about that?

Try setting Skip List to only skip on Automatic.
