Delayed and Background Tasks

- Background tasks. This should allow users to continue interacting with the remote server. Our suggestion is to make this an per time choice/option (though the user should be able to configure a default behavior in the preferences).

- Delayed tasks. This would allow the user to delay the task until the user activates them or on a specified time (eg: allow for downloading during the night).

Background tasks: would require multi-threaded application.
Search the forum, this as been asked for many, many times. Multi-tabbed interface, etc. The answer always has been the same.

Delayed tasks: There is a scheduler you can use to start the queue at whatever time you'd like.
