sftp support and or addons?

this program is so good for me but the only limitation is forcing me to also use another program, which id rather not have to do, is there any plans to add sftp support?

also maybe i missed it but are there addons, like how firefox has adons and stuff

there are plans for sftp support but there is no ETA for it.
there are no addons like in firefox.
