Default 2 suggestions
1 - Big request from me would help a lot, schedule feature. Where can schedule queue's to stop and start at specific times.

2 - Filter list, have an option where filters may only apply to site to site transfer but not on site to local transfer and vice versa.

flashfxp can already schedule start/stop of transfers.
