Default Suggestion for speed-limit per site

Well there is one thing (beside many others, hehe) that i would like to see in FlashFXP and that's a speed limit per site. This can be very handy if you always have to transfer files to a server which maxes out your own connection which makes other internet work related impossible. But why not using the global speed limit then? Well most of the times you want all the speed you can get, but for some heavily used servers you won't really need all the speed and you want some reserved bw in that case. Anyways, please reply if you think this would be a usefull feature .

Per site speed limits would be nice, a button to toggle a sites speed limit on/off (if one exists) would be good too.
