Unhappy multithreaded downloads?

hey everone!

i'm a huge fan of flashfxp because it's almost THE perfect ftp client. There's only one thing which makes me still need smartftp for downloading: multithreaded downloads!

this makes my downloads a LOT faster. especially on servers from american universities i usually get about 10-20 kb/s (i live in central europe, 1mbit) because of the high load on their internet routers.

as soon as i start to download with multiple connections, i can use my full 120 kb/s... but only with smartftp :-(

is there anything like that planned? or is it already available and i am just stupid as hell? :-)

thanks a lot

A multithreaded FlashFXP would be great, however I believe it would require alot of work and maybe even a complete rewrite, so I am patient. I believe Bigstar will one day enable multithreads. But I still think FlashFXP is the best.

bugging bigstar every single time with this will only annoy him and will not make things happen any faster.
this request have already been submited.
in the future, before making such threads, SEARCH MSGBOARD.
