Default Advanced transfer feature

This feature probably sounds a little bit like the compare diectory feature, but it's different. What I'd like is the ability to select some directories and files on my hard drive and transfer all files newer than a certain date. The problem with the compare feature is that the times on the server don't match the ones on my computer, so every file ends up being selected. I'd rather just transfer all files in the current selection modified after 10:00 on 1/22/2003, for example, and have it go recursively through those directories and do that. The reason I need this is because I work with large sites and often have to do search and replace operations where large numbers of files get modified, and right now I prett much have to manually select and transfer them.

I got the same problem.
In my situation 2 people have got access to a webserver and it is very difficult to see which files are updated from the second person, so we must write a Change-Report everytime we upload something
