Default sfv question

i noticed on some servers it lets u overwrite or resume the sfv file, this is no good as it corrupts the info and makes bad things happen so i was wondering if its possible to make it so it will never attempt to resume or overwrite an sfv,, using the when file exists option is no good because i dont wanna change the rule sets for all other filetypes, only sfv. any suggestions welcome!

i've had files dissapear from the sfv and instead of say

ok.mp3 f846105e
it says
ok.mp3f846105e

then i get a stupid
ok.mp3f846105e.missing file etc

and its not EXACTLY the same sfv cuz zipscript for every site rewrites it and whatnot
