possible to show current file info when I move the
mouse over the system tray icon, e.g. filename, transfer rate, ...

Uhm, great! I was also looking for this

Another thing came to my mind. [suggestion] Instead of having a few [help] buttons near features and preferences etc, isn't is better (well better, it is more my personal style maybe) to have an [?] icon near the [x] icon on the titlebar? So when someone click on the ? mark and then click on a feature, it gets the popup with details (like in many,many win32 apps) Just a thought!

I don't think that works with html help. The help file for v2.0 will be a chm file. Also some of the controls don't support the ? help button so it would be hit and miss depending on the control.
