Question Queue Mgmt Help Needed

I'm a newly registered user and trying to figure out queue management.

I had several queued items fail to download because they were moved on the server to a new directory. I edited the entries to change the directory, but could not find a way to change the 'X' icon to a "down arrow".

Why would I want to reset these entries in the queue? Well, I had added a couple of new entries and then restarted the transfer. All of the items marked for download started before the 'X' items, even though the 'X' items were at the top of the queue.

In the end, I had to manually edit the queue file on disk, changing @15@ to @5@ to get everything marked for download.

Is there a way to have done this through the GUI? Am I missing something simple?

right-click on failed files, selected "Failed" menu and then reset

CTRL+ALT+R should reset all failed transfers so that you can attempt to download them again.
