Unhappy Firewall problems :(

Hello;

I have a problem with flash FXP. If I want to FXP from one server to an other I can't send
My provider has a firewall. I can't close that one . Can somebody help me creating a tunnel or something like that. because When i log on it s always passive. Even if i deselect it. I also tried to select my proxy in the preferences but that doens't work.
I always get the error :

227 Entering Passive Mode (210,196,103,27,12,125).
PORT 210,196,103,27,12,125
200 Port command successful.
STOR -=2MB=-
150 Opening data connection for -=2MB=-.
RETR -=2MB=-

and then after a while

Cannot open data or something like that

Other friends who don't have that firewall can send .
Can somebody help me ? msg me please

Greetz
